Somehow this PSA, known as No More Eiga Dorobu became really popular over at Japan. So the next logical step would be to release merchandise for a PSA... right?

66 action No More
It's no surprise to anyone that Japan's commercials are weird. Not just their commercials, it seems that their public service announcements are also pretty high up on the weirdness scale. Here's their PSA on anti-piracy:

Transformers Generations Deluxe Chromia
Chromia was a soldier under Elita One and Ironhide's lady in G1 while in IDW she's Windblade's bodyguard and big sis figure. She's a tough, no-nonsense militaristic fembot... that's pretty much what i know bout the character. You probably won't think a character like this would have a toy made but against all expectations, Hasbro released her along with Windblade and Arcee in the same year! That's 3 fembots, all in the same line which is probably a new record for Hasbro.

Kotobukiya Medabots Sanjuro Model Kit
I used to watch Medabots when i was a nerdling long ago. It began as a game that tried to emulate Pokemon's concept of training pets for battle but with a robot twist. Basically, Medabots are tiny kid sized robots that are powered by medals, the basic frame, called a tinpet is outfitted with various parts that's swappable, that's where the collect them all gameplay comes in. Somehow, the game got popular enough to have a anime made and that's how it gain a small following. I don't remember much from the show, but i do remember the robot designs were cool and each episode has plenty of action. Anyway, Kotobukiya has released their own line of Medabots plastic model kits and here's the latest incarnation of the enigmatic Rokusho, Sanjuro!
