Man, i was a big Dragon Ball fan growing up. I remember chasing each volume with my dad and watching the movies on marathon... Great times. So i had pretty fond memories of the series and when they announced they were making sequels for Dragon Ball Z, i was pretty wary.
Fortunately the movie was pretty good and i loved the new characters introduced, especially Beerus, the God of Destruction of Universe 7. And with the announcement of the SHF for a pretty affordable price, i couldn't resist!

Bandai Legends BB SD Command Gundam
I'm on a plamo kick recently. With not much interesting releases from Transformer, i've turn to Bandai for my robot fix and what could be cooler than a tiny gundam with GUNS! everywhere. So here's Command Gundam from Bandai's Legends BB line.

Kotobukiya Medabots Headscissors/Rokusho Model Kit
I mention a while back that i grew up watching Medabots in my Sanjuro post. While the Sanjuro kit was pretty lackluster, i thought i might give the Kotobukiya Medabot line another go since I never got the chance to buy the D-arts Roksuho (he's like 63 USD now, ouch).
So here's Rokusho, probably the coolest Medabot in the show.

HG 1/144 Prototype Gouf (Tactical Demonstrator)
It's been awhile since i last built a model kit, so i bought Proto Gouf on a whim. There's something about this mono eyed giant mech that tickles my fancy, maybe it's the blue, maybe it's the spiky shoulder pauldrons but Goufs just looks so cool.
And Proto Gouf has something i really like on giant mechs, asymmetry.
