Another addition to my evergrowing Deadpool collection! In all honesty i was actually surprise they are bringing in the Deadpool wave to Malaysia, i was expecting them to skip over the wave like they did with the Xmen... I will never get Cyclops for non scalper prices...
But i'm so glad that they didn't! This might be my favorite Marvel Legends Deadpool!

Marvel Legends Guardians of the Galaxy 2 Yondu
I haven't been keeping up with Marvel Legends for a while since they're getting pricier over here in Malaysia. But Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is just around the corner and i couldn't help but getting on the hype train as well. So i bought Yondu, one of my fave side characters from the first movie.

Iron Factory EX19 Shadow Tengu (not-Sixshot)
How can you not love a toy that can turn into 6 different forms? You can't, that's why Hasbro and everyone else is making their own version of Sixshot. There's like what? 4-5 third party Sixshots already announced.
While Hasbro is making an official one i'm not too keen on leader class transformers, but a legends sized Sixshot?? Where can i throw my money??
Iron Factory, still dominating the third party legends class category, finally released their own tiny Sixshot... i mean Shadow Tengu.

Iron Factory EX05 Genesic City Commander (not-Diaclone Ultra Magnus)
First off let me start with a big " HAPPY NEW YEAR" to everyone. It's been awhile since i've updated, i've been pretty busy with year end work load and the new house so i've not updated in awhile.
Anyway, i've finally delved into the third party transformers with my first ever third party figure, Iron Factory's City Commander aka not-Diaclone Ultra Magnus! I know i'm a few years late with this toy but better late than never.

Takara Transformers Legends Hardhead
So after the great but flawed Skull, how does his wavemate Hardhead stack up? Pretty solidly i would say.

Takara Transformers Legends Skull (Skullsmasher/Skullcruncher)
I've been away for awhile because i'm moving in a new place and i've been spending much of my money on the renovations. So my posts might be alot slower than usual.
Anyway back when i was little and living in the boonies, transformers were rare and pretty pricy for that time. Never owned any of the G1 stuff. Until 1 fateful birthday, my parents gave me my first ever transformer, G1 Headmaster Skullcruncher! I loved that thing and it followed me where ever i went. Unfortunately like all teenagers, i went through the "too cool for toys" phase and have since lost Skullcruncher somewhere...
So imagine my excitement when Hasbro/Takara announced they're releasing a modern Headmasters line, with Skullcruncher in the first wave!!!
So here's Takara's Legends Skull/Skullsmasher also formerly known as Skullcruncher!

Bandai Legends BB SD Command Gundam
I'm on a plamo kick recently. With not much interesting releases from Transformer, i've turn to Bandai for my robot fix and what could be cooler than a tiny gundam with GUNS! everywhere. So here's Command Gundam from Bandai's Legends BB line.

Transformers Combiner Wars Legends Class Shockwave
After some ups and downs, Combiner Wars is finally ending this year to be replaced with Headmasters in Titan Returns. But before the line officially ends, Hasbro wants the line to go out with a bang and gave us what probably is the best Legends we've had in recent years. This tiny gem is Legends Shockwave (also i just bought a hangar backdrop and i'm testing it out in these shots, so bear with me)

A Little Sprucing Up
While everyone is having fun with the new legends Shockwave, i still can't find one... so i decided to spruce up the old Prime legends Shockwave.

Takara Transformers Legends Black Convoy
I never own the old generations Laser Prime back when it was released. I don't really like the head sculpt nor the colour. But slap a black colour scheme with teal and suddenly it's a must own for me. And for just 25 bucks? SIGN ME UP!

Marvel Legends Target Exclusive 3 pack Ultron
Ultron didn't have much love in the Marvel Legends department. There was the weird anime-ish robot with a flying thingy made by Toybiz and the Iron Man Marvel Legends one repainted from Titanium Man with a new head. Both were kinda lackluster, with the Toybiz one leaning towards crappy.
So when Avengers 2 hit the cinemas, i knew it would just be a matter of time for Hasbro to start pushing for more Ultron figures. While they're releasing movie Ultron Prime as the BAF for the Antman Legends, i still wanted a decent comic Ultron legends. So surprise surprise, Hasbro released a comic Ultron that's a store exclusive that's only available in the US... GODDAMMIT!

Marvel Legends Infinite Daredevil
With the release of the fantastic Netflix Daredevil series (it's great by the way, go watch it) , it's no surprise that Hasbro would want to push some merch for ol Man Without Fear. So when they stuck him in the latest Spider-man ML series i knew besides Spidey 2009, i gotta get my hands on Daredevil as well. So how does he stack up? Pretty good actually.

Marvel Legends Infinite Spider-Man 2099
Among all the versions of Spider-men, i think my fave will have to be Spider-man 2099. The suit design just screams cool to me and Miguel O'hara is a pretty good character. But unfortunately there wasn't a decently articulated figure of him, the old Toybiz and Marvel Universe ones were pretty crappy. That is until Hasbro finally gave us Spidey 2099 in the second Spider-man Infinite ML wave. So without further ado, here comes Spidey 2099 swinging in!

Marvel Legends SDCC 2014 Exclusive Thanos Imperative Star-lord
I previously mentioned in my movie Star-lord review that i loved the Guardians of the Galaxy comic and Star-lord was among my favorite characters. But i was crushed, CRUSHED when Hasbro announced they're releasing comic Star-lord ML but only in the 2014 SDCC boxset. Because as a someone living in Southeast Asia, there's no way i can obtain the boxset without dishing major dosh. But as luck would have it, i found a little comic shop that sold rare collectibles cheap and lo and behold, what should i see there but the Thanos Imperative Boxset!

Marvel Legends Infinite Avengers 2 Machine Man
Since buying Iron Fist the last time, i saw something that i've never thought Hasbro would release, a Machine Man Marvel Legends. Intrigued, i went back and snapped him up as well. So who's Machine Man? Machine Man/Aaron Stack/Z2P45-9-X-51 or X-51 for short is an android character created by Jack Kirby for 2001: A Space Odyssey and later debuted in his own series. Basically a robot who was raised as human, became a fugitive from the military, became a hero and finally joined the cosmic beings known as Celestials. That is until the Nextwave series bought him back as a egotistical douchebag, albeit a funny one. That's where most of my exposure to Machine Man came from so i was fully expecting Hasbro to give us his modern look but Hasbro is surprising sometimes.
