A Little Sprucing Up
While everyone is having fun with the new legends Shockwave, i still can't find one... so i decided to spruce up the old Prime legends Shockwave.
He has a head swivel now, the biggest problem with him was he lacked one. Also some paint and the hose from DOTM legends Shockwave.
