After my bad impression of AoE Lockdown, it only took them what, 4 years? to finally release another movie Lockdown. Unfortunately it's still a deluxe but fortunately it's miles better than the last one. So here's the gunfaced, hook toting, Lambobot mercenary, Lockdown.

Little Plastic Soldiers
Just discovered the little joys that are Call of Duty Megabloks. Finally something that can fill the void that the death of Gi Joes left behind. Made a tiny HUNK from Resident Evil.

Marvel Legends Spider-Man Infinite Walmart Exclusive Agent Venom
Venom, probably one of Spider-man's most well known foe and sometimes
ally. Like Carnage and Toxin, Venom was a symbiote, though he was the
first to ever appear in fiction. Unlike Carnage though, Venom has a
number of hosts, he first and most beloved was Eddie Brock, followed his
wife, some woman in the army, a mafioso, the Scorpion Mac Gargan, and
finally Flash Thompson. So Hasbro finally gave the latest incarnation of
Venom his very own Marvel Legends!
Flash Thompson's Venom is probably the most unique of the symbiotes. Unlike past depictions of Venom where he was a hulking monster, Agent Venom here sports protective vests, shoulder armor and military belts equipped with pouches. This really drives home the military look since Venom was detained by the US Army and underwent Project Rebirth. The armor is soft rubber which doesn't limit the arms as much with little bumps and spikes making it look like a biological armor. Also check out the sculpted details on the belt! 1 weird thing though, they sculpted a pistol on his hips... why not just sculpt a holster???
His paint apps are minimal, with only some white lines and the ever present spider symbol that every Venom sports. This leaves little space for paint slop, though as you can see on mine, the lines on the left thigh is misaligned and so is the spider at the back. I've also seen some Venoms with off kilter eyes. So look before you buy.
Venom comes with guns, lots and lots of guns. There's a handgun with painted on scope, 2 pistols, and 2 machine guns, though i lost one of mine... but oh well, i prefer them black anyway, so i'll just replace them with Hitmonkey's guns. He also comes with his black tendrils...
...and the best thing about that, is it's ability to hold all his guns!!! Just like in the comics!
Articulation wise, he's pretty good, though Hasbro decided to use the old ball hinge hips which are not as good as the newer ML hips. Also, he lack wrist swivels but have forearm swivels. He has ab crunch as well but because of the armor, it's very limited.
He's pretty cool and because i really like his character in his comic, i'm pretty happy to have him in my collection. He's a store exclusive in US but he's 8 in a case which means there's plenty to go around... for Americans. For the rest of the world, we're pretty much stuck paying higher than usual prices. I was lucky, i got mine from a really cool guy from US for retail.
Anyway, thanks for viewing!

Toybiz Marvel Legends Deadpool
Finally! Finally after years of scouring the depths of ebay, stalking collectors and searching high and low, i've finally found it! The infamous Toybiz Marvel Legends Deadpool! I lucked out and got it from a collector who's downsizing his collection. Unfortunately he's loose, so i'm missing some accessories, but for 62 USD, i won't complain much.
At first glance, you'll notice this guy is armed to the teeth. The web gear is all kinds of awesome, a tad thin though so becareful here. With a pair of sword sheaths that's able to hold his katanas as well as his machine guns, a holster by his hips holding his handgun and sculpted grenades and pouches, it runs circles around Hasbro's offering. He also has a pouch by his thighs, leftover from the Daredevil mold Toybiz reused but there's no use for it though... maybe i'll find something in the future to put in it.
The deep red is superb, though the black is not as cleanly applied as i hoped. But it's a 10 year old toy, so i can forgive it. Accessories wise he is loaded! He comes with a pair of machine guns!
A handgun!
A pair of katanas! Though i think they're bit too wide to be katanas
A Slimer thing called Doop! But that's not all! Because i bought him loose, he's missing a pair of sais, unmasked head and a clear stand! That's a lot for a Marvel Legends!
He's not just loaded with accessories, he has 40 articulation points! He has ankle swivels that's so sorely missed in Hasbro's Deadpool. Though i could have go without the articulated fingers, they make holding the weapons a chore and they look kinda awkward.
Compared to Hasbro's Deadpool, he's on a whole different level. But i love both of them anyway.
I'm really impressed Toybiz managed to release such a great toy way back then. I'm so glad i had the chance to finally own him after all these years. He won't be leaving my collection any time soon.
Anyway, thanks for viewing!

Marvel Legends Guardian of the Galaxy Rocket Raccoon and Groot
Every team needs a weapons expert and a muscle bruiser and Rocket Raccoon and Groot are the dynamic duo of the Guardians of Galaxy. Rocket Raccoon was a genetically engineered raccoon with human intelligence to maintain an insane asylum colony. He was recruited by Peter aka Star-Lord, his friend to join the Guardians of the Galaxy. Groot meanwhile was a being from Planet X called a Flora Colossus that was exiled for defending an abused maintenance creature. He joined the Guardians of the Galaxy to earn his freedom after being incarcerated by the Kree. Soon Rocket Raccoon and Groot became inseparable. Now then, that's enough of backstory, to the toys!!!
Groot is the best BAF Hasbro has offered in quite awhile. While lacking in paint he is loaded with details. Standing around 9 inches, he's pretty hefty, towering above the rest of his team mates. With a somber expression and crazy amount of details in the bark texture, i really love how he looks. Though he'd benefit with a dark wash.
Articulation is standard of recent Legends with swivel foot and all. The only complaint is the hips which are limited because it uses swivels instead of ball joints, but i don't really miss it since he just looks so awesome.
Rocket Raccoon is somewhat what you'll expect if you have the comic version and yet i'm still kinda disappointed. He looks too relaxed or neutral for a gun toting raccoon. It's not a bad expression per say, it's just not suitable for his character.
Articulations are the biggest problem here, limited head range and basic arm articulations, he can't really hold his weapon convincingly. But the worse of all, he lack ANY articulation below the waist, with the exception of a tail swivel.
He does come with the gun featured in the trailer that Star-Lord uses though.
He's tad too large in my opinion, abit larger than how he's depicted in the movie.
But there's no regret in my mind getting him to complete the BAF Groot or the team. If not for Groot, it's to complete the team. They look really good together.

Transformers Generations 30th Anniversary Voyager Autobot Roadbuster
Like Whirl, Roadbuster was another mech from the Armored Trooper Dorvack called Mugen Callibur. And like Whirl, he was bought to the Transformers' franchise and renamed Roadbuster. He was basically the gun nut of the Wreckers group, but besides that i know next to nothing bout him.
He looks like he could run over a brick wall! Looking like an armored truck, he features alot of peg holes for his various weapons and plenty of paint apps.
Hasbro even bothered to paint wheels' rims which is a nice touch. Love the bright orange!
Look at this handsome bot! Sharp angles, symmetrical squares and big broad chest, he looks like a brusier! Hasbro also decided to give him ratcheting joints everywhere, which is weird, but i don't really mind since they're way way better than Prime Shockwave's. Articulations he has plenty but because of his armored thighs, he has a limited range to his hips. Otherwise, it's great.
And the weapons! So much weapons! He's probably toe to toe with movie Hound as the most armed Transformer, and unlike Whirl's accessories, they actually look like they belong on Roadbuster instead of indistinguishable guns.
A rocket launcher, rifle, scope, pistol, and 2 unique shoulder cannons, all of them features peg holes to combine on whatever mode you want.
He's a good size too, looks great paired with his wrecker buddy Whirl and Springer.
He has ZERO kibbles!
He's pretty great, a solid addition to the new generations line definitely worth the purchase. He's probably the more sought after in his wave, so grab him if you do see him. You won't regret it... probably.
Anyway thanks for viewing
Before i forget, you might wanna be careful with his shoulders when transforming him. His shoulders are connected with a tiny metal pin on the wall of his shoulders. It's already showing stress marks on mine after transforming twice, so be careful with that.
EDIT: Just found out you could make a sniper rifle out of all the guns, AWESOME!
